Expression of Interest - Future Extra Care Housing Accommodation

The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking early expressions of interest from organisations that own, manage or have access to accommodation within the borough that may be suitable for use as Extra Care Housing from 1 April 2028. Extra Care Housing is self-contained accommodation for adults with eligible care and support needs under the Care Act 2014, allowing independent living with planned care, responsive on-site assistance and overnight support where required. The Council currently commissions these services across four locations supporting 172 residents, with arrangements expiring on 31 March 2028. This market engagement exercise will help the Council understand the availability of suitable housing stock and inform future commissioning and procurement. No deadline or contract value is stated.
