Description

La présente consultation concerne la réalisation d’une étude urbaine et paysagère portant sur le quartier de la gare et l’entrée de la ville sud de Brignoles. Elle vise à élaborer un projet urbain d’ensemble sous la forme d’un plan guide permettant d’orienter la transformation du secteur et de définir les conditions de sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle. Le périmètre d’intervention de la convention « site-pilote » concerne les trois secteurs prioritaires suivants : - Le quartier de l’ancienne gare SNCF qui représente des enjeux de réaménagement et d’intégration urbaine et paysagère, - La zone d’activités des Consacs. - L’entrée de ville Sud et le boulevard Frédéric Mistral qui constitue l’un des principaux axes pénétrant vers le centre-ville. La mission se décompose en trois phases : - Phase 1 : Diagnostic urbain multithématique - Phase 2 : Scénarios d’aménagement et programmation - Phase 3 : Stratégie de mise en œuvre opérationnelle.
