Par convention de coopération transfrontalière signée le 3 juillet 2026, entre le Pôle Métropolitain du Genevois Français, la République et Canton de Genève et Région de Nyon, ayant pour objet la réalisation d'une étude pour la mobilisation du foncier dédié aux activités productives dans le Grand Genève, les parties ont souhaité mettre en place une collaboration commune en vue de lancer et mener une procédure liée à un marché public. Cette procédure est soumise au droit français et notamment au Code de la commande publique. Le pouvoir adjudicateur en charge du marché est le Pôle métropolitain du Genevois français. Le présent marché porte sur l'attribution d'un mandat d'étude sur la mobilisation du foncier dédié aux activités productives dans le Grand Genève. Ce mandat se déroulera de manière prévisionnelle entre septembre 2026 et juin 2027 au plus tard et s'inscrit dans l'écosystème des projets du Grand Genève détaillé dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP)
