Le présent marché concerne l’attribution d’un mandat d’étude sur la mobilisation du foncier dédié aux activités productives dans le Grand Genève . Ce mandat s’inscrit dans l’écosystème des projets du Grand Genève. Il s’adresse à des bureaux ou groupements de bureaux à même d’analyser la situation foncière dans l’agglomération, de la confronter aux besoins actuels et futurs des entreprises productives, et de recommander des mesures politiques de mobilisation de ce foncier.  Ce mandat est co-porté par le Canton de Genève, Région de Nyon et le Pôle métropolitain du Genevois français. La consultation des entreprises est gérée par la partie française du partenariat, selon la procédure adaptée de droit français (art. L2123-1, R2123-1 1°, R2123-4 et R2123-5 du Code de la commande publique), la procédure ne sera pas publiée sur SIMAP. Elle est exclusivement disponible au lien suivant : https://www.annemasse-agglo.fr/partenaires-et-pros/marches-publics.
