Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Cette étude s'inscrit au PAPI 3 Vistre-Axe 5 « Réduction de la vulnérabilité » porté par l'EPTB et complète les démarches déjà engagées pour : l'habitat, les activités économiques et les bâtiments communaux. Son objectif : évaluer la vulnérabilité aux inondations des infrastructures d'alimentation en eau potable (AEP) dont les captages et équipements associés, puis de définir un plan d'actions visant à réduire durablement cette vulnérabilité. Des mesures de gestion de crise seront proposées en concertation avec les gestionnaires. L'étude se déroulera en trois volets : réalisation d'un état des lieux des infrastructures, analyse de leur vulnérabilité et élaboration d'un plan d'actions pour renforcer leur protection et limiter les impacts des inondations sur l'AEP
