France - Archaeological services - Securing, reinforcing the dikes and revitalising the Rhony at Vergèze and Codognan (Action 7.5 of the Papi 3 Vistre) - Archaeological excavations prior to the works

The buyer, the Etablissement Public Territorial de Bassin Vistre Vistrenque, is procuring a preventive archaeology excavation prescribed by the Regional Prefect by decree n°76-2025-1010 of 12/11/2025, to be carried out before flood defence works to secure and reinforce the dikes and revitalise the Rhony at Vergèze and Codognan (Action 7.5 of the PAPI 3 Vistre, financed under that programme). The excavation area covers 12,480 m². The work must be entrusted to an operator holding the habilitation or approval under articles R.522-14 and R.552-8 of the Heritage Code covering the Metal Ages and Antiquity periods. The contract includes optional lots defined in the specifications and is paid through fixed prices.
