El objeto del presente procedimiento de licitación es el suministro, instalación, configuración y puesta en marcha de un repositorio de datos centralizado e interoperable destinado a dar soporte a las actividades de gestión, almacenamiento y análisis de datos de la Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron - Institut de Recerca (VHIR) a cargo del proyecto BRIDGE (Breaking Barriers with Remote Integration for Global Pediatric Trials), financiado por el Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) y por los fondos Next Generation EU que financian las actuaciones del Mecanismo para la Recuperación y la Resiliencia (MRR). Este repositorio estará diseñado para admitir la conservación, gestión, almacenamiento y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos asociados a la actividad médica y de investigación clínica, incluyendo datos clínicos, datos demográficos de pacientes, resultados clínicos, datos genómicos, estudios médicos e imágenes médicas que hayan sido previamente anonimizados o pseudonimizados por los sistemas corporativos de imagen médica u otros sistemas habilitados por el entorno hospitalario.
