Description

El objeto del presente procedimiento de licitación es la contratación del servicio de secuenciación masiva (NGS) de librerías de DNA, destinado al Grupo de Investigación Traslacional de Cáncer de Próstata de la Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall Hebron - Institut de Recerca (VHIR), a cargo del Proyecto PI25/00882 titulado “Biomarcadores de biopsia líquida para guiar la modulación adaptativa del tratamiento en el cáncer de próstata metastásico”, financiado por el Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) y cofinanciado por la Unión Europea. El proyecto contempla evaluar muestras longitudinales de aproximadamente 500 pacientes con cáncer de próstata, y varios modelos PDX (xenograft derivados de paciente). La evaluación será mayoritariamente, pero no exclusiva, vía biopsia líquida y se utilizaran dos técnicas, secuenciación del genoma entero a baja profundidad (lpWGS) y secuenciación de un panel de genes de interés a alta profundidad (targeted-panel). La secuenciación masiva requiere un tipo de infraestructura no disponible en las propias instalaciones, por lo que debe contratarse a un proveedor externo. Para estudios longitudinales, donde se monitorizan muestras del mismo paciente a lo largo del tiempo, es esencial minimizar la variabilidad técnica, por esto y por motivos operacionales consideramos que la contratación no puede dividirse en lotes, siendo necesario un único proveedor. Como se detalla a continuación, la prestación de los servicios consistirá en el control de calidad de las librerías (o pools de librerías) preparadas en nuestro laboratorio, la secuenciación y la entrega de datos. El servicio no incluye análisis bioinformático. Pools de librerías se refiere a la mezcla de varias librerías en un solo tubo que se separan bioinformáticamente después de la secuenciación en el proceso conocido como demultiplexing. En el resto de este documento, librería se referirá indistintamente a librerías únicas o pools de librerías.
