Description

El objeto de este contrato es la prestación de 41 rutas (ida y vuelta) de transporte colectivo de escolares, divididas en 10 lotes, en los centros de enseñanza de la comarca del Baix Empordà que figuran en el Anexo 1, con criterios ambientales, y para los cursos 2024-2025, 2025- 2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028 y 2028-2029. El servicio incluye: - El transporte con vehículos ordinarios o adaptados, de acuerdo con los horarios establecidos, de el alumnado autorizado por el Consejo Comarcal a hacer uso del servicio, para que éste sea en el centro educativo correspondiente a la hora de inicio de la jornada escolar y para devolverlo, a las respectivas paradas de origen, al terminar esta jornada. - La monitorización acompañante, encargada de la vigilancia del alumnado autorizado a realizar uso del servicio durante la duración del trayecto y el acompañamiento al centro, tanto de ida en el centro escolar como de regreso a la parada de origen. Esta franja comprende desde que el usuario sube al autobús para ir al centro docente y hasta la entrada al recinto escolar y, a la vuelta, desde la salida del centro docente y sube al autobús hasta la llegada a las respectivas paradas de origen.
