Description

L’objecte del contracte és la creació d’una nova aula de formació i la redistribució dels espais de treball de l’Àrea de Promoció Econòmica del Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà, al municipi de La Bisbal d’Empordà. L’actuació té com a finalitat principal fomentar l’ocupació de qualitat i contribuir a la reducció de l’atur i de la precarietat laboral a la comarca. Alhora, es pretén millorar l’eficiència en l’ús dels espais existents i optimitzar les condicions d’atenció als usuaris. L’objectiu de la intervenció és la redistribució dels espais de les oficines i la creació d’una nova aula de formació, tenint en compte les parets estructurals i els accessos existents. La reforma pretén optimitzar l’ús de l’espai disponible, adaptant-lo, dins de les limitacions pròpies de l’edifici existent, a la normativa vigent en matèria d’instal·lacions, així com als requisits mínims d’accessibilitat, seguretat contra incendis i salubritat. D’igual forma, pretén millorar i modernitzar els acabats i instal·lacions de l’establiment. La descripció detallada figura al projecte executiu redactat pels arquitectes del Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà, la senyora Sandra Fernández Soteras i el senyor Sergi Quiñones Pujadas i la delineant, la senyora Alba Sala Vidal.
