El acuerdo marco tendrá como objeto seleccionar varios gestores autorizados para los posibles códigos LER 19 07 03, LER 19 07 02, LER 19 08 12 y LER 19 08 11 para el tratamiento de lixiviados y flujos asociados (concentrados y lodos), estableciendo condiciones técnicas, medioambientales, económicas y de ejecución que rigiran los contratos basados.
