Description

Constituye el objeto del contrato realizar cuantas tareas sean necesarias para mantener las instalaciones incluidas en el mismo en correcto funcionamiento, realizando el mantenimiento, conservación, retirada de residuos, limpieza, sustitución de consumibles, reparación de cualquier elemento, así como el aporte de material fungible, piezas de recambio y de reactivos, conducentes a transportar y tratar las aguas en las condiciones especificadas en el Pliego de Condiciones Técnicas Particulares. Para todo ello, se debe disponer de personal con experiencia adecuada para cada una de las tareas previstas. Se incluye además, específicamente, el montaje, desmontaje y retirada de cualquier clase de instalaciones; protección y seguridad, tanto de las personas vinculadas al servicio, como de visitantes; conservación y reparación de vías, jardines, pasarelas, desagües, etc., adscritos a las instalaciones objeto del servicio; limpieza general de las instalaciones, y corrección de las deficiencias que se pongan de manifiesto en las inspecciones, ensayos y pruebas sobre la marcha de las instalaciones y el estado de sus elementos. Todas las actividades vienen descritas, detalladas y presupuestadas pormenorizadamente en el Pliego de Condiciones Técnicas Particulares (PCTP) redactado por los Servicios Técnicos del Área de Infraestructura Hidráulica del CIATF.
