Description

Mediante la presente contratación se pretende satisfacer la necesidad que tiene el Departamento de Salud de Torrevieja (en adelante Departamento) de llevar a cabo la contratación del servicio de transporte, mensajería, correspondencia y distribución entre los centros dependientes del mismo, así como con otras instituciones y organismos. El adecuado funcionamiento de los centros adscritos al Departamento, así como la apropiada comunicación entre el Departamento y otras instituciones y organismos, requiere múltiples operaciones de transporte de toda clase de documentación, correspondencia, material sanitario y no sanitario, fármacos, vacunas, muestras clínicas y biológicas, etc. Para efectuar dicho transporte es imprescindible contar con medios materiales, personales y organizativos específicos y especializados, evitando los graves perjuicios asistenciales que podrían derivar de su mal funcionamiento. La falta de medios humanos y materiales propios para satisfacer las necesidades descritas, obliga a la contratación de los servicios objeto del presente expediente, para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos asistenciales e institucionales asignados al Departamento, con pleno sometimiento a los principios de estabilidad presupuestaria, sostenibilidad social, medioambiental y de innovación.
