Con este contrato se pretende desarrollar la actividad 2.2 Licitación de las operaciones de vuelo, de los desarrollos de las aplicaciones de procesamiento de datos y de la gestión del proyecto AGAMENON, por lo que su objeto es la contratación de un servicio integral de operaciones de vuelo de plataformas UAS de media y/o gran altitud y vuelo persistente, con sensores embarcados, así como el desarrollo de aplicaciones de procesamiento de datos, necesario para llevar a cabo parte de las actividades comprometidas por PTFSA en el proyecto de Apoyo a la Gestión de la inmigrAción de MEnores No acompañados mediante sistemas de detecciON temprana. La ejecución de las prestaciones objeto del contrato se vincula asimismo con la actividad 2.3 Desarrollo de las aplicaciones de procesamiento de datos, ejecución de los planes de vuelo y análisis de resultados. En concreto se pretende la ejecución por PTFSA de parte de los compromisos adquiridos por dicha entidad, contando con las infraestructuras de PTFSA Canarias Stratoport for HAPS&UAS ubicado en Fuerteventura. Además, la recogida y volcado de datos se dispondrá de centro ISSEC.
