Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Madrid, through its Area of Social Policies, Family and Equality, is contracting a mixed service and supply contract for preventive podiatric care for older people who are members of the municipal senior centres. These non-residential centres, run by the district councils, promote healthy and active ageing, personal autonomy and social ties. The service covers foot health assessment, early detection of risk factors, conservative treatments, health education and self-care advice such as foot and nail care, suitable footwear and strengthening exercises, since this care is not part of the public health system's portfolio. It also includes maintenance, repair and replacement of equipment in the podology rooms of the municipal senior centres, awarded by open procedure.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €11,554,436
€2.7M to €5.5M

This buyer's comparable awards in this sector came in at a median of 33% of their published estimate, half of them between 23% and 48%, based on 11 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
