El objeto del presente contrato de servicios es la gestión de las Campañas Municipales contra el Frío y otras Emergencias Climáticas 2026/2027 y 2027/2028 para reforzar la atención dirigida a las personas en situación de exclusión socio-residencial que se encuentran en Madrid durante los meses de invierno y verano y a aquellas personas empadronadas y/o con arraigo en Madrid que experimentan situaciones de urgencia social y que como consecuencia de ellas se quedan en situación de calle. Dicha gestión incluye, en el caso de las campañas de frío 2026/2027 y 2027/2028, las prestaciones de alojamiento temporal y transitorio, cobertura de necesidades básicas y acompañamiento social, así como prestaciones técnicas sociosanitarias. En particular: -Asegurar el acceso y cobertura de necesidades básicas de alojamiento, alimentación, aseo, higiene, transporte y consigna. -Proporcionar apoyo profesional y acompañamiento social a las personas usuaria del servicio. -Garantizar la atención sanitaria básica de las personas atendidas que así lo precisen, para la contención y mejora de su estado de salud. La gestión durante las activaciones de riesgo por calor incluye las prestaciones de alimentación, hidratación, aseo e higiene, consigna y transporte.
