Description

El objeto de este contrato es la prestación del servicio de mantenimiento de la maquinaria ubicada en los estabularios de los Centros Científicos y Tecnológicos de la Universitat de Barcelona (CCiTUB) relacionados en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas (desde ahora PPT). El objeto incluye: - Mantenimiento todo riesgo del hardware (ver apartado 2.1 PPT); - Mantenimiento técnico legal (ver apartado 2.2 PPT); Además, de un plazo de garantía de 2 meses, desde la finalización del contrato, periodo durante el cual el contratista tendrá que responder por las deficiencias del servicio prestado. La contratación mencionada tiene la consideración de contrato de servicios dado que su objeto se encuentra comprendido en el artículo 17 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de contratos del sector público, por la que se trasponen al ordenamiento jurídico español las directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014 (LCSP). Lotes: No existe la posibilidad de la división en lotes del objeto contractual. La naturaleza de los servicios objeto de contratación exige que el contrato se ejecute de forma unitaria a los efectos de la correcta coordinación de las diferentes prestaciones que lo integren, y sin que cualquiera de sus prestaciones tenga una sustantividad propia que admita una ejecución separada de las otras. CPV: De conformidad con la normativa comunitaria vigente sobre la materia, la codificación correspondiente a la nomenclatura del vocabulario común de contratos (CPV) de este contrato se: 50530000-9 Servicios de reparación y mantenimiento de hardware.
