Servei d’assistència tècnica especialitzada per al suport a la gestió, governança i implantació dels projectes estratègics de l’Àrea TIC. La Universitat de Barcelona haurà de coordinar-se amb les altres universitats participants per tal de treure el màxim partit dels cursos, homogeneïtzar metodologies de treball i garantir la sostenibilitat del projecte. El perfil de gestor del servei conté les següents funcions: - Suport a la direcció i coordinació de projectes. - Elaboració i manteniment de plans de treball. - Seguiment de fites, riscos i dependències. - Coordinació entre equips interns, usuaris i proveïdors. - Preparació d’informes de seguiment i quadres de comandament. - Gestió documental dels projectes. - Suport a la implantació i posada en producció de les solucions. - Seguiment dels acords i accions derivats de reunions. - Suport en la gestió del canvi i l’adopció de les noves eines o serveis.
