El contrato tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones y criterios a tener en cuenta a fin de contratar el “SERVICIO DE MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS INSTALACIONES ELÉCTRICAS, CLIMATIZACIÓN, FONTANERIA, PROTECCIÓN CONTRA INCENDIOS Y MANTENIMIENTO INTEGRAL DE APARATOS ELEVADORES”, en el edificio de Paseo del Prado nº 6 de Madrid. Las necesidades son las relativas al servicio de mantenimiento preventivo de los elevadores, de forma que se realizará con la periodicidad marcada por la normativa vigente; al mantenimiento correctivo, para garantizar que las instalaciones se encuentren en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento y seguridad, abarcando todos los elementos de los aparatos elevadores sujetos a desgaste y mantenimiento técnico legal e inspecciones generales obligatorias (periódicas), realizando las inspecciones por el Organismo de Control Autorizado (OCA), en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente con cargo a la Administración, de modo que el adjudicatario deberá asistir las inspecciones.
