Description

El contrato tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones y criterios a tener en cuenta a fin de contratar el “SERVICIO DE MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS INSTALACIONES ELÉCTRICAS, CLIMATIZACIÓN, FONTANERIA, PROTECCIÓN CONTRA INCENDIOS Y MANTENIMIENTO INTEGRAL DE APARATOS ELEVADORES”, en el edificio de Paseo del Prado nº 6 de Madrid. Las necesidades son las inherentes a las que establece el Reglamento de Instalaciones de Protección Contra Incendios (R.D. 513/2017, de 22 de Mayo), junto con el mantenimiento preventivo trimestral para todos y cada uno de los elementos de la instalación, de forma que la empresa adjudicataria deberá reparar sin coste alguno para la Administración las averías que señaladas por el área de instalaciones, o aquellas detectadas en las correspondientes revisiones periódicas, siempre que éstas hayan sido causadas por la utilización normal de la instalación y no se haya producido manipulación o reparación de algún elemento sin conocimiento del Contratista. También incluirá el mantenimiento correctivo de las instalaciones incluidas en este lote 2, con objeto de eliminar las deficiencias o averías mayores que puedan producirse.
