Description

Las actuaciones contempladas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas aprobado son las precisas para el mantenimiento de la funcionalidad de las presas que comprende el presente contrato. Con él se da cumplimiento al Real Decreto 264/2021, de 13 de abril, por lo que se aprueban las normas técnicas de seguridad para las presas y sus embalses, que establece como obligación del titular de las presas, en este caso el Estado, la realización de los trabajos de mantenimiento, conservación y vigilancia que sean necesarios para mantener los niveles de seguridad requeridos y garantizar la operatividad de todas estas infraestructuras.
