Description

El objeto del Proyecto es la reducción del riesgo de inundación en los municipios implicados, principalmente en Aldaia y Xirivella, canalizando las crecidas del Barranco de la Saleta ocasionadas en su cabecera por los episodios de fuertes lluvias, para conducirlas hasta el nuevo cauce del río Turia, permitiendo la conexión ambiental del último tramo a través de la vía verde propuesta y aumentando el nivel de protección actual frente al riesgo de inundación. Las actuaciones que comprenden el Proyecto incluyen la adecuación ambiental del barranco de la Saleta, un encauzamiento que se inicia a la altura de la CV 410 en el acceso a Aldaia, a su zona industrial y al centro comercial Bonaire, una conducción enterrada de derivación bajo el polígono industrial y bordeando el casco urbano de Aldaia y una vía verde de sección abierta en tierras desde aguas abajo de la rotonda de unión entre Aldaia, Xirivella y Alaquas y las proximidades de la EDAR Quart Benager para su entrega en el nuevo cauce del río Turia. Se trata de la suma de soluciones planteadas en los proyectos Drenaje del Barranco de la Saleta a su paso por Aldaia y Quart de Poblet y Vía verde de conexión del barranco de la Saleta con el río Turia, Valencia adaptadas a la actualidad, que se englobarán bajo un único proyecto. Las actuaciones previstas forman parte del Programa de Medidas del Plan de Gestión del Riesgo de Inundación PGRI, de Segundo Ciclo de la Demarcación Hidrográfica del Júcar, aprobado por Real Decreto 26,2023, de 17 de enero, donde se recogen bajo el epígrafe Acondicionamiento del Barranco de La Saleta. Tramo: Aldaia Nuevo cauce del Turia y están incluidas en el Plan para la recuperación y mejora de la resiliencia frente a las inundaciones en el territorio afectado por la DANA en la Comunitat Valenciana . Estas obras se consideran de interés general, de conformidad con el Anexo II del Plan Hidrológico Nacional aprobado por Ley 10,2001, de 5 de julio, bajo los epígrafes: Restitución y adaptación de los cauces naturales del barranco del Poyo. Fase I, y Restitución y adaptación de los cauces naturales de los barrancos de Torrente, Chiva y Pozalet.
