Description

Las actuaciones previstas en el proyecto de construcción “ADAPTACIÓN AL RIESGO DE INUNDACIÓN DEL BCO. BARXETA. FASE I” está declarada de Interés General, al estar incluida en el listado de inversiones del anexo II del Plan Hidrológico Nacional, aprobado por la Ley 10/2001, de 5 de julio, con la denominación “Acondicionamiento del río Júcar entre Carcaixent y la autopista A-7”. Actuaciones recogidas en el programa de medidas del Plan de Gestión del Riesgo de Inundación de la Demarcación Hidrográfica del Júcar. Se proyecta la construcción del tramo final del cauce de alivio del barranco de Barxeta, de unos 800 metros longitud, desde el cruce del Barxeta actual con el camino Primer de Benivaire, hasta su desembocadura en el río Júcar, dando continuidad a las obras recogidas en la Fase II. Al objeto de independizar los flujos del río Júcar y barranco Barxeta del núcleo urbano de Carcaixent, se proyecta una mota de protección situada al norte de la variante y antes del paso superior sobre el ferrocarril, utilizando para ello tierras procedentes de la excavación del nuevo cauce de alivio. También se prevé la realización de diferentes trabajos de integración ambiental, así como la reposición de los servicios y caminos afectados, destacando como principales reposiciones viarias, la correspondiente a la carretera CV-5440 (repuesta mediante vial de servicio en margen izquierda del cauce), y la relativa al camino de l´Alborgí, que cruzará el nuevo encauzamiento sobre 5 marcos prefabricados de hormigón y se unirá a la citada vía de servicio. Por último, cabe indicar la ejecución de dos caminos en la mota de protección. Fondos FEDER Programa Operativo Plurirregional de España 2021-2027
