Description

La Autoridad Portuaria de la Bahía de Cádiz dentro de su Plan Estratégico contempla la potenciación del tráfico LO-LO en la dársena comercial de Cádiz mediante la construcción de una Nueva Terminal de Contenedores, obra finalizada en la actualidad en su primera fase. Su conexión ferroviaria con la RFIG forma parte del proyecto global y viene a suplir a la anteriormente existente en la terminal del muelle Reina Sofía. Para ello es necesario que ADIF ejecute el acceso ferroviario al puerto en un punto de la Avenida de los Astilleros, mientras que la Autoridad Portuaria de la Bahía de Cádiz debe ejecutar el ramal interior de la zona portuaria hasta la nueva terminal y las zonas de operación. Con fecha 24 de diciembre de 2023 se adjudica la construcción del proyecto “RAMALES DE ACCESO FERROVIARIO A LA NUEVA TERMINAL DE CONTENEDORES DE CÁDIZ (1ª FASE) PLAN DE RECUPERACIÓN, TRANSFORMACIÓN Y RESILIENCIA-FINANCIADO POR LA UNIÓN EUROPEA- NEXTGENERATION EU” (CA-042-23), contrato que fue rescindido por incumplimiento de la obligación principal del contratista el día 17 de octubre de 2024. Se volvió a licitar el proyecto con nuevo código CA-083-24 resultando del nuevo expediente de contratación la adjudicación el día 13 de marzo de 2025. El 14 de mayo de 2025 comenzaron los trabajos desarrollándose hasta la actualidad. En dicho proyecto se incluye el suministro y colocación de dos aparatos de vía para la conexión de la vía principal con el patio de vías diseñado con una vía directora y una segunda vía de maniobra, dejando también el desvío para una futura tercera vía. De manera paralela a la ejecución de la Fase 1 del proyecto, la Autoridad Portuaria de la Bahía de Cádiz licita el servicio de Asistencia Técnica de “REDACCIÓN DEL PROYECTO DE PROLONGACIÓN DE RAMALES DE FERROCARRIL EN LA NUEVA TERMINAL DE CONTENEDORES (FASE 2)” (CA-079-25), adjudicado el 26 de abril de 2026 a la empresa TG4 CONSULTORES AEC, S.L. Este proyecto tiene asignados fondos CEF bajo la siguiente denominación: Project 101079544 - 21-ES-TG-CADIZMULTIMODAL WP5. EXTENSION OF THE RAIL YARD. PHASE II Durante el desarrollo de la redacción del proyecto se ha considerado necesario, para la optimización de plazos, la adquisición de los aparatos de vía necesarios por parte de la Autoridad Portuaria de la Bahía de Cádiz, por tratarse de elementos ferroviarios de fabricación específica, con plazos de suministro elevados y condicionantes técnicos relevantes para la definición final del trazado, la vía en placa, la señalización y la futura ejecución de las obras.
