Description

El Hospital San Pedro dispone de un servicio de hostelería propio, en el cual se elabora y distribuye los diferentes menús para los pacientes ingresados en el hospital y también para los pacientes de otros centros sanitarios dependientes del Servicio Riojano de Salud habilitados para pacientes internos. En el HUSP, la subdirección de hostelería está integrada por un equipo multidisciplinar de dietistas-nutricionistas que planifican los menús para pacientes en función de las necesidades individuales de cada paciente; cuidando minuciosamente la selección y trazabilidad de los alimentos, así como su elaboración, con el fin de garantizar la seguridad alimentaria y la satisfacción de los pacientes. La elaboración de la comida, por lo tanto, se realiza en el propio Hospital a través de un sistema de línea de cocina en frío que garantiza que los alimentos se presenten en óptimas condiciones, conservando todas sus propiedades tanto biológicas como organolépticas. El contrato se convoca estructurado en 4 lotes independientes. Huevos cocido pelado. Huevo líquido pasteurizado.; Patatas guisar cuarta gama. Patatas tortilla cuarta gama.; Turmix verduras, pavo, ternera y salmón.; Yogur natural.
