Description

La necesidad del contrato responde a la incorporación de técnicas avanzadas en crío-fijación, y ultramicrotomia de cortes seriados (array tomography). Estos equipos permitirán responder adecuadamente a la demanda investigadora y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos científicos y técnicos del servicio. El objeto del contrato es idóneo para cubrir estas necesidades, al incorporar las tecnologías más actuales para vitrificación rápida y obtención de cortes ultrafinos en series ordenadas. Estos equipos resultan imprescindibles para garantizar la continuidad y calidad de los servicios científicos que ofrece la unidad en el ámbito de la biología a nivel estructural. El presupuesto de licitación del procedimiento se basa en análisis de precios de mercado para equipos con las características técnicas requeridas en el contrato planteado. Los precios máximos que se incluyen, se identificaron al solicitar presupuestos para presentar la solicitud de financiación del proyecto EQC2024-008390-P del procedimiento de concesión de ayudas para la adquisición de equipamiento científico técnico del año 2024.
