Description

Die Einwohnergemeinde Niederrohrdorf als Bauherrin plant die Erweiterung der Primarschulanlage Rüsler gemäss dem Siegerprojekt «Palimpsest». Das Projekt umfasst einen Erweiterungsneubau sowie Rück- und Umbauarbeiten am bestehenden Schulgebäude. Vorgesehen sind Unterrichts- und Gruppenräume, Räume für den Förderunterricht, eine Aula sowie die erforderlichen Nebenräume.   Optional ist die Realisierung einer Tagesstruktur für rund 50 Kinder mit Mittagstisch für rund 100 Kinder vorgesehen. Die Planungsleistungen für die Tagesstruktur sind im Angebot separat auszuweisen. Mit dem Entscheid der Gemeindeversammlung wird die Tagesstruktur zu Beginn der Planung definitiv in den Projektumfang aufgenommen oder davon ausgeschlossen.   Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung der Planungsleistungen für die Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen (HLK) einschliesslich der HLKSE-Fachkoordination für die SIA-Teilphasen 31 bis 53 gemäss SIA 108.
