Description

Die Gemeinde Niederrohrdorf saniert die rund 430 m lange Fohrhölzlistrasse zwischen Loonstrasse und Römerweg. Die Linienführung bleibt weitgehend bestehen. Vorgesehen sind die Erneuerung von Fahrbahn, Trottoir und Randabschlüssen, die Anpassung der Strassenentwässerung sowie Tiefbauarbeiten für Wasserversorgung, Kanalisation und öffentliche Beleuchtung. Der bestehende Strassenkoffer wird nur örtlich ersetzt oder ergänzt. Der neue Belag besteht aus 7 cm AC T 22 N und 3,5 cm AC 11 N. PAK-belasteter Ausbauasphalt ist getrennt zu erfassen und vorschriftsgemäss zu entsorgen. Die Fusswegverbindung zur Bushaltestelle Fohrhölzli wird durchgehend ausgebildet; beim Moränenweg entsteht eine Trottoirüberfahrt. Die Grauguss-Wasserleitung DN 125 wird im gesamten Projektperimeter ersetzt, einschliesslich Hydranten und Hausanschlüssen im Strassenbereich. Die Baumeisterarbeiten umfassen zudem die bezeichneten Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Kanalsanierung sowie Fundamente und Zuleitungen für die Beleuchtung. Rohrmontage und Schlauchlinersanierung werden separat vergeben. Die Ausführung ist so zu etappieren, dass Zugänge und die Erreichbarkeit für Fussgänger, Rettungsdienste sowie Ver- und Entsorgung soweit möglich gewährleistet bleiben.
