Description

Im Tanzsaal des Dachgeschosses wird ein flächenelastischer Schwingboden nach DIN V 18032-2 mit einem Gesamtaufbau von 16 cm auf der Stahlbetondecke errichtet. Auf höhenverstellbaren Auffütterungsklötzen aus Holz entsteht zunächst eine Installationsebene für die bauseitig verlegten Fußbodenheizungsleitungen, deren Hohlraum vollflächig mit Wärmedämmung gefüllt wird. Elastomer-Pads auf den Klötzen bilden die flächenelastische Lagerung für die schwimmend verlegten Schwingträger aus Nadelholz, die mit umlaufender Dehnungsfuge zu allen aufgehenden Bauteilen ausgeführt werden. Darüber wird eine Spanplatte als Lastverteilungsschicht verschraubt. Den Oberbelag bildet ein vollflächig verklebter Linoleumbelag mit Korkrücken in einer Konzeptfarbe nach Bemusterung, einschließlich Grundierung, Spachtelung, Klebstoff und thermischer Nahtverschweißung. An den Übergängen zum angrenzenden Bodenbelag werden Abschlussprofile mit Fuge gesetzt.
