Description

Im Rahmen des Projekts „Anpassung urbaner und ländlicher Räume an den Klimawandel“ plant die Stadt Hettstedt, eine ungenutzte Freifläche mit einer Ausdehnung von ca. 13.000 m² in einen nachhaltigen Quartierspark umzugestalten. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Loses ist die bauliche Errichtung der Entwässerungsanlagen des Quartiersparks. Weiterhin ist ein Bewässerungssystem für die Grünflächen in die Planung zu integrieren und es sind zwei Zisternen zur Speicherung von Niederschlagswasser für die Bewässerung der Parkfläche und weiterer städtischer Flächen zu schaffen. Zusätzlich ist die Umverlegung einer Trinkwasserleitung auszuführen. Die Vorbereitung der gesamten Parkfläche ist ebenfalls Teil des Loses. Hierunter zählt die Beräumung inkl. Abbruch aller befestigter Oberflächen, Fundamente, Aufbauten, Treppen, etc. Art und Umfang der Bauleistung entnehmen Sie bitte der beigefügten Baubeschreibung.
