Art der Leistung Bauleistung Umfang der Leistung Im Gesundheitsamt Paderborn (Gebäudeteil B) wird ein Personenaufzug vom EG zum 1.OG geplant. Dieser soll im Innenhof also im Außenbereich an die Fassade erstellt werden. Unter dem Innenhof befindet sich eine Tiefgarage für Dienstfahrzeuge. Diese sollen so im Bestand erhalten bleiben, deshalb soll ein Aufzug mit einer Unterfahrt mit maximal 13 cm errichtet werden. Das Gebäude ist ein Stahlbetonskelettbau aus den Ende 1960er-Jahren mit 2 Geschossen und Unterkellerung. Es gibt aktuell keinen Fahrstuhl im Gebäude. Folgende Arbeiten werden durchgeführt: 1. Fassadenarbeiten 2. Erstellung einer Aufzugsanlage 3. Diverse brandschutztechnische Maßnahmen 4. Elektroarbeiten 5. Trockenbauarbeiten 6. Dachdeckerarbeiten 7. Betonarbeiten Arbeitszeiten: Montags - Freitags: 7.00 - 18.00 Uhr Samstags: 7.00 - 16.00 Uhr Näheres sh. Vergabeunterlagen.
