La présente consultation est passé en application de l'article L.2113-12 du Code de la commande publique (marché réservé). Accord-cadre conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la notification du contrat. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction (tacite) est fixé à 1 : à compter de la date d'expiration de la période initiale et jusqu'au 18 septembre 2028. Exécution par l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant total des prestations pour la durée de la période initiale est défini ainsi : Montant minimum : 10 000 euro(s) HT Montant maximum : 95 000 euro(s) HT Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. Le maximum total de commandes s'élève donc à 190 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
