Description

Groupement composé de la Ville de Thionville (coordonnateur), de son C.C.A.S. et de la Ville de Yutz. Chaque membre du groupement sera chargé du paiement pour les prestations qui lui incombent. L'accord cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans maximum, à compter de la date de notification jusqu'au 30/09/2030. Montant HT minimum pour la durée total du contrat : 80 000 euro(s) HT. Montant HT maximum pour la durée total du contrat : 1 380 000 euro(s) HT. Il sera attribué à 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offre).Les 3 titulaires se verront attribuer les bons de commande en cascade, dans l'ordre défini lors du classement des offres. La consultation comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère social et environnemental détaillées dans le CCAP. Cette consultation pourra faire l'objet d'une négociation
