Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών ψηφιακής εκτύπωσης, τοποθέτησης, αποξήλωσης και αντικατάστασης του υλικού προβολής των παραγωγών που θα παρουσιαστούν από την ΕΛΣ, προκειμένου να μεγιστοποιηθούν τα αποτελέσματα διάχυσής τους. Η παρεχόμενη υπηρεσία κατατάσσεται στον ακόλουθο κωδικό CPV : 79811000-2 «Υπηρεσίες ψηφιακής εκτύπωσης» και Συμπληρωματικό CPV: TA41-2 « Για αφίσες». Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο του φυσικού αντικειμένου. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 60.000,00 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24 % (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: 14.400,00 € ΦΠΑ: 74.400,00 €), με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης μέχρι του ποσού των 30.000,00 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24 %, με τους ίδιους όρους της αρχικής σύμβασης. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε δεκαοκτώ (18) μήνες από την υπογραφή της. Η σύμβαση θα λήξει αυτόματα στην περίπτωση που ο ανάδοχος ολοκληρώσει το έργο του νωρίτερα από το προαναφερόμενο διάστημα. Σε περίπτωση που η αναθέτουσα αρχή το επιθυμεί, διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να παρατείνει τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης ενεργοποιώντας το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης, οπότε στην περίπτωση αυτή η διάρκεια της σύμβασης θα παραταθεί για διάστημα έως εννέα (9) μηνών. Αντίστοιχα, η σύμβαση προαίρεσης θα λήξει αυτόματα στην περίπτωση που ο ανάδοχος ολοκληρώσει το έργο του νωρίτερα από το προαναφερόμενο διάστημα. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ I της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει τιμής.
