Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης της Ειδικής Υπηρεσίας Διαχείρισης και Εφαρμογής δράσεων Έρευνας, Τεχνολογικής Ανάπτυξης και καινοτομίας (ΕΥΔΕ ΕΤΑΚ) κατά τη διαχείρισητων δράσεων κρατικών ενισχύσεων «Ερευνώ - Δημιουργώ - Καινοτομώ» (ID 16971) με κωδικό ΟΠΣ ΤΑ 5149205 και «ΧΡΗΜΑΤΟΔΟΤΗΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΚΑΙΝΟΤΟΜΙΑΣ - HORIZON 2020» (ID 16622) που χρηματοδοτούνται στο πλαίσιο του Ελλάδα 2.0 ΕΘΝΙΚΟ ΣΧΕΔΙΟ ΑΝΑΚΑΜΨΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΘΕΚΤΙΚΟΤΗΤΑΣ Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου Δημοσίων Συμβάσεων (CPV):(CPV): 72224000-1 Υπηρεσίες παροχής συμβουλών σε θέματα διαχείρισης έργων. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 240.000€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: 297.600€). Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο της Σύμβασης, διότι αφορά σε ένα ενιαίο λειτουργικά αντικείμενο και παράλληλα απαιτείται ο ενιαίος και αδιάσπαστος συντονισμός του προσωπικού και των εργασιών, προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί η εμπρόθεσμη και προσήκουσα εκτέλεση της σύμβασης.. Δεν γίνονται δεκτές και απορρίπτονται ως απαράδεκτες προσφορές που υποβάλλονται για μέρος της Σύμβασης. Η διάρκεια της Σύμβασης ορίζεται από την υπογραφή της έως και τις 20.12.2025. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης δίδεται στο Παράρτημα Ι της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Η Σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει βέλτιστης σχέσης ποιότητας-τιμής.
