Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης (ανοικτός διεθνής ηλεκτρονικός διαγωνισμός, άρθρο 27 του ν. 4412/2016) είναι η ανάδειξη αναδόχου/ων στη σίτιση των δικαιούμενων δωρεάν σίτιση φοιτητών του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας στις πόλεις που εδρεύει και συγκεκριμένα στις πόλεις του Βόλου, της Καρδίτσας, της Λαμίας, της Λάρισας και των Τρικάλων με ενιαίο εδεσματολόγιο (μενού) για πρωινό, γεύμα και δείπνο, για όλες τις ημέρες της εβδομάδας, συνολικής αξίας για κάθε φοιτητή, ίσης με το ποσό που χορηγείται από το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο για την ημερήσια σίτισή του, που σήμερα ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 2,00€, πλέον του αναλογούντος Φ.Π.Α. 13% (ΦΕΚ 4919/τ. Β΄/21.9./2022) από 1.1.2027 ή από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της σχετικής σύμβασης έως και 31.12.2029.
