Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η εκτέλεση εργασιών μεταφοράς και ανύψωσης με μηχανικά μέσα, εντός και εκτός του Φρουρίου Σιγρίου για τις ανάγκες εκτέλεσης της πράξης: «Αποκατάσταση Οθωμανικού Φρουρίου Σιγρίου ν. Λέσβου» που υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος «Βόρειο Αιγαίο 2021-2027», όπως περιγράφεται αναλυτικά στην επισυναπτόμενη Τεχνική Περιγραφή (Παράρτημα Ι), η οποία και αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο τμήμα της παρούσας Διακήρυξης. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων CPV: 60000000-8/ Υπηρεσίες μεταφορών (εκτός από μεταφορά αποβλήτων) . Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών. Η ανάθεση της σύμβασης δεν είναι εφικτή υπό την μορφή χωριστών τμημάτων, λόγω της φύσης του έργου και του αδιαίρετου χαρακτήρα του. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των σαράντα χιλιάδων τριακοσίων είκοσι δύο ευρώ και πενήντα οκτώ λεπτών (40.322,58 €) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: πενήντα χιλιάδες ευρώ (50.000,00 €), ΦΠΑ: εννέα χιλιάδες εξακόσια εβδομήντα επτά ευρώ και σαράντα δύο λεπτά (9.677,42 €). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται έως δεκαοκτώ (18) μήνες από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της σύμβασης, σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στο άρθρο 6.2. της παρούσας. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας Διακήρυξης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της τιμής.
