Description

Το έργο αφορά στην παροχή εξειδικευμένων υπηρεσιών τεχνικής υποστήριξης και στρατηγικής τεχνολογικής συμβουλευτικής στην Εθνική Βιβλιοθήκη της Ελλάδος (ΕΒΕ), με στόχο την ενίσχυση του τμήματος Μηχανογράφησης και Τεκμηρίωσης, τη διασφάλιση της απρόσκοπτης λειτουργίας των πληροφοριακών της υποδομών και την υλοποίηση της ψηφιακής της στρατηγικής. Ο ανάδοχος θα παρέχει υπηρεσίες καθημερινής τεχνικής υποστήριξης χρηστών και υποδομών (AD, M365, Proxmox, Azure κ.λπ.), παρακολούθησης Service Level Agreement (SLA), απομακρυσμένης επίλυσης περιστατικών, καθώς και τεκμηρίωσης διαδικασιών και εκπαιδευτικού υλικού. Παράλληλα, θα έχει ενεργό ρόλο στην εκπόνηση Βίβλου Ψηφιακού Μετασχηματισμού (ΒΨΜ) και εφαρμογής της, μέσω ωρίμανσης και τεχνικής υποστήριξη έργων ΤΠΕ. Επίσης, ο ανάδοχος θα παρέχει συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες διαχείρισης συμβάσεων (αδειών και προμηθειών) του τμήματος Μηχανογράφησης και Τεκμηρίωσης. Η παρέμβαση στοχεύει σε μια δομημένη, επαγγελματική και διαρκή υποστήριξη της ΕΒΕ σε επίπεδο τεχνολογίας, διαδικασιών και διακυβέρνησης ΤΠΕ, σύμφωνα με τις κατευθύνσεις της Εθνικής Ψηφιακής Στρατηγικής και τις ανάγκες ενός σύγχρονου πολιτιστικού οργανισμού.
