Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι «ΠΑΡΟΧΗ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ ΦΥΛΑΞΗΣ ΤΗΣ ΚΕΝΤΡΙΚΗΣ ΑΓΟΡΑΣ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ ΤΟΥ Ο.Κ.Α.Α. Α.Ε.» / CPV 79713000-5 Η αρχική διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε δύο (02) έτη, από την υπογραφή της και η προϋπολογιζόμενη δαπάνη για την αρχική της διάρκεια ανέρχεται στο ποσό των οκτακοσίων χιλιάδων ευρώ (800.000,00 €) πλέον του Φ.Π.Α. 24% . Η αναθέτουσα διατηρεί δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για παράταση της σύμβασης για ένα (1) ακόμα έτος από την ολοκλήρωση της αρχικής διάρκειας με το ίδιο ακριβώς φυσικό και οικονομικό αντικείμενο και με τους ίδιους όρους της αρχικής σύμβασης, με την προϋπολογιζόμενη δαπάνη της παρατάσεως να ανέρχεται στο ποσό των τετρακοσίων χιλιάδων ευρώ (400.000,00 €) πλέον του Φ.Π.Α. 24% . Η συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης, για είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης για επιπλέον ένα (1) έτος ανέρχεται στο ένα εκατομμύριο διακόσιες χιλιάδες ευρώ (1.200.000,00 €), πλέον Φ.Π.Α. 24% ήτοι (288.000,00 €) [Συνολικός Προϋπολογισμός παρεχόμενης υπηρεσίας για είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης για επιπλέον ένα (1) έτος συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% : (1.488.000,00 €)]. Η παρούσα σύμβαση δεν υποδιαιρείται σε τμήματα. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες, με χρόνο έναρξης την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της σύμβασης και με δυνατότητα μονομερούς άσκησης από πλευράς της αναθέτουσας αρχής του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης για επιπλέον (1) έτος. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας διακήρυξης.
