Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών φύλαξης για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της ΕΠΜΑΣ α. στο κεντρικό της κτήριο της ΕΠΜΑΣ-Μουσείο Αλεξάνδρου Σούτσου, Μιχαλακοπούλου 1, ΤΚ 11634, Αθήνα, β. στο κτήριο της ΕΘΝΙΚΗΣ ΓΛΥΠΤΟΘΗΚΗΣ, Άλσος Στρατού, Τ.Κ. 15700, Γουδή και γ. στο Μουσείο Καπράλου -Αίγινα, Νίκου Καζαντζάκη 73, Τ.Κ. 180 10 Αίγινα Ειδικότερα: Φάση Α’: Αφορά σε υπηρεσίες φύλαξης στις εγκαταστάσεις της ΕΠΜΑΣ στο κεντρικό της κτήριο, στο κτήριο της Εθνικής Γλυπτοθήκης και στο Μουσείο Καπράλου -Αίγινα για πέντε (5) μήνες, με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για ένα (1) επιπλέον μήνα. Η αναθέτουσα αρχή δύναται να ενεργοποιήσει το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης και για μικρότερη αξία ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της. Φάση Β’: Υπηρεσίες φύλαξης στο πλαίσιο της περιοδικής έκθεσης ΠΡΩΤΟΠΟΡΙΑ που θα λάβει χώρα στο -2 του κεντρικού κτηρίου της ΕΠΜΑΣ, έκτασης 1.200 m2, για πέντε (5) μήνες.
