Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών ασφαλείας σύμφωνα με τον Διεθνή Κώδικα Ασφάλειας ISPS, τον Ευρωπαϊκό Κανονισμό (ΕΚ) 725/31.03.2004, την Ευρωπαϊκή Οδηγία 2005/65/ΕΚ, τον Ν. 2518/1997 (ΦΕΚ 164Α’) και την Υπουργική Απόφαση 4434.1/02/08 (ΦΕΚ 1877Β’), όπως τροποποιημένα ισχύουν, για τον έλεγχο πρόσβασης, ερευνών ασφαλείας, περιπολιών, φύλαξη λιμένων και λιμενικών εγκαταστάσεων, με ένστολο προσωπικό και αναφορά συμβάντων στον Υπεύθυνο Ασφάλειας Λιμένων (ΥΑΛ) ή/και Λιμενικών Εγκαταστάσεων (ΥΑΛΕ) ή τον όποιο εκπρόσωπο του Δημοτικού Λιμενικού Ταμείου έχει ορίσει ο Υπεύθυνος Ασφάλειας Λιμένων (ΥΑΛ) ή/και Λιμενικών Εγκαταστάσεων (ΥΑΛΕ) ή ορίζεται στο εγκεκριμένο Σχέδιο Ασφάλειας Λιμένων (ΣΑΛ) ή Λιμενικής Εγκατάστασης (ΣΑΛΕ) του Δ.Λ.Τ. Μυκόνου.
