Description

1. Αντικείμενο της παρούσας αποτελεί η παροχή ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών κυβερνοασφάλειας για την προστασία, ανίχνευση και απόκριση έναντι σύγχρονων και σύνθετων κυβερνοαπειλών, με ενιαία και ολο-κληρωμένη προσέγγιση σε επίπεδο δικτύου, καθώς και σε επίπεδο λειτουργίας συστημάτων Πληροφορι-κής και Επιχειρησιακής Τεχνολογίας (IT/OT), με σκοπό την ενίσχυση και τη διασφάλιση της κυβερνοα-σφάλειας των κρίσιμων υποδομών του ΑΔΜΗΕ. 2. Στο αντικείμενο της σύμβασης, συνοπτικά, περιλαμβάνονται οι κάτωθι λύσεις και υπηρεσίες: • Λύσεις/Πλατφόρμες - Λύση Network Detection & Response (NDR) - Λύση Τειχών Προστασίας για Περιβάλλον OT - Λύση Κεντρικής Διαχείρισης Τειχών Προστασίας - Λύση Καταγραφής & Ανάλυσης Συμβάντων για Τείχη Προστασίας - Λύση Κεντρικής Ασφαλούς Aπομακρυσμένης Πρόσβασης σε ΚΕΕ, ΚΥΤ και ΥΣ • Υπηρεσίες - Υπηρεσίες Ανάλυσης Απαιτήσεων & Σχεδιασμού - Υπηρεσίες Εγκατάστασης - Υπηρεσίες Παραμετροποίησης & Ολοκλήρωσης - Υπηρεσίες Δοκιμών & Αποδοχής - Υπηρεσίες Εκπαίδευσης & Μεταφοράς Τεχνογνωσίας - Υπηρεσίες Υποστήριξης, Helpdesk & Βελτιστοποίησης - Υπηρεσίες Διαχειριζόμενης Ασφάλειας (Managed Security Services) Ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός του αντικειμένου της σύμβασης, ανέρχεται στο ποσό των οκτώ εκατομ-μυρίων πεντακοσίων χιλιάδων ευρώ (€8.500.000,00), πλέον ΦΠΑ, και αναλύεται ως εξής: • έξι εκατομμύρια πεντακόσιες χιλιάδες ευρώ (€6.500.000,00), πλέον ΦΠΑ, προϋπολογισμός κυρίως αντικειμένου, για χρονικό διάστημα τριάντα (30) μηνών, το οποίο αποτελεί ανώτατο όριο προσφοράς. • Δικαιώματα Προαίρεσης, συνολικής εκτιμώμενης αξίας έως δύο εκατομμύρια ευρώ (€2.000.000,00), πλέον Φ.Π.Α, (ήτοι έως 30,77% του προϋπολογισμού) για: (α) Δικαίωμα Παράτασης: Ο ΑΔΜΗΕ διατηρεί μονομερώς το δικαίωμα να παρατείνει τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης έως ε-πτά (7) μήνες με ή χωρίς αντίστοιχη επαύξηση του φυσικού-οικονομικού αντικειμένου, με τους ίδιους όρους και τις ίδιες τιμές μονάδας, ή/και (β) Δικαίωμα Επαύξησης αντικειμένου σύμβασης: Ο ΑΔΜΗΕ διατηρεί, καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια εκτέλεσης της σύμβασης, το δικαίωμα επαύξησης του αντικειμένου, με ανάθεση όμοιων υπηρεσιών, με τους ίδιους όρους και τιμές μονάδος.
