Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διαδικασίας σύναψης σύμβασης είναι η ανάδειξη αναδόχου /αναδόχων για την παροχή υπηρεσιών (α) Συντήρησης και υποστήριξης των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων και συναφών υποδομών του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης, (β) Συντήρησης πρασίνου και κήπων του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης (Πολυτεχνειούπολη, Γαλλική Σχολή και Πάρκο Διάσωσης Χλωρίδας και Πανίδας) και (γ) Συντήρησης και τεχνικής υποστήριξης κεντρικών firewall (τοίχων προστασίας), εξυπηρετητών και δικτυακού συστήματος αποθήκευσης δεδομένων για τις ανάγκες του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης, σύμφωνα με την υπ΄αριθμ. 4054/18.07.2025 διακήρυξη. Συντήρηση και υποστήριξη των υποδομών του DATA CENTER του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης.; Συντήρηση και υποστήριξη των δύο κεντρικών firewall του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης.; Συντήρηση των τριάντα τριών (33) ανελκυστήρων που είναι εγκατεστημένοι στο Πολυτεχνείο Κρήτης.; Συντήρηση των συσκευών αδιάλειπτης παροχής ενέργειας (UPS) Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης.; Συντήρηση πρασίνου και κήπων του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης στις εγκαταστάσεις του στην Πολυτεχνειούπολη, στη Γαλλική Σχολή και στο Πάρκο Διάσωσης Χλωρίδας και Πανίδας.; Συντήρηση και τεχνική υποστήριξη εξυπηρετητών και δικτυακού συστήματος αποθήκευσης δεδομένων για την φιλοξενία και υποστήριξη κεντρικών ηλεκτρονικών υπηρεσιών του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης.
