Description

Θα μελετηθεί η ανέγερση νέου κτιρίου εκτιμώμενου συνολικού εμβαδού 1150 τ.μ. και θα δημιουργηθούν νέες αίθουσες διδασκαλίας, αίθουσα πολλαπλών χρήσεων, αίθουσες εργαστηρίων, χώροι υγιεινής κλπ. Το νέο κτίριο, θα καλύψει τις ισχύουσες προδιαγραφές των κτιριολογικών προγραμμάτων. Ο ανάδοχος υποχρεούται να προβεί στις απαραίτητες ενέργειες προκειμένου να εναρμονισθεί με τη μελέτη και να εγκριθεί το κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα του σχολείου χωρίς ιδιαίτερη αποζημίωση (το εν λόγω κόστος ανάγεται στο συνολικό κόστος εκπόνησης της μελέτης). Το κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα θα είναι σε απόλυτη συμφωνία με τη μελέτη που θα συνταχθεί. Σύμφωνα με τις ισχύουσες προδιαγραφές των κτιριολογικών προγραμμάτων, απαιτείται ένα νέο κτίριο περίπου 1150 τ.μ. που θα καλύψει τις ανάγκες του σχολείου σε χώρους διοίκησης, σε κοινωνικούς και βοηθητικούς χώρους, σε χώρους άθλησης, σε αίθουσες διδασκαλίας και εργαστήρια. Το νέο κτίριο θα διαμορφωθεί σε ένα ή δύο επίπεδα με υπόγειο ή χωρίς (όπως προκύψει από την αρχιτεκτονική πρόταση σε συνεννόηση με τους επιβλέποντες της μελέτης). Θα ανεγερθεί σε τμήμα του γηπέδου ιδιοκτησίας του Δήμου Μυλοποτάμου στο οποίο βρίσκονται και τα υφιστάμενα κτίρια του Δημοτικού και του Νηπιαγωγείου, εντός του οικισμού Αγγελιανών. Το γήπεδο έχει συνολικό εμβαδόν 3.956,80 τ.μ. Η επιτρεπόμενη δόμηση του γηπέδου επαρκεί για την ανέγερση του νέου κτιρίου.
