Το αντικείμενο της Συμφωνίας - Πλαίσιο συνίσταται στην παροχή προς το Υπουργείο Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου (ΥΜΑ) ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών φύλαξης, καθαριότητας, και συντήρησης κάθε τύπου Δομών Προσωρινής Υποδοχής και Φιλοξενίας αιτούντων άσυλο προσφύγων και μεταναστών και συναφών υποδομών και εγκαταστάσεων, καθώς και κτιριακών υποδομών κάθε Υπηρεσίας αρμοδιότητας του Υπουργείου Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου. Η παροχή των υπηρεσιών θα χωριστεί σε επιμέρους Υποέργα και θα συνάπτονται Εκτελεστικές Συμβάσεις μεταξύ της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής και του αναδόχου εκάστου Τμήματος για κάθε επιμέρους Υποέργο, που θα αφορά υπηρεσίες φύλαξης ή/και καθαριότητας ή/και συντήρησης ομάδας δομών και λοιπών εγκαταστάσεων του ΥΜΑ για συγκεκριμένο χρονικό διάστημα, ανάλογα με τις εκάστοτε ανάγκες της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής. Η παρούσα Συμφωνία - Πλαίσιο υποδιαιρείται σε έξι (6) Τμήματα με βάση το γεωγραφικό κριτήριο. Παροχή προς το Υπουργείο Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου (ΥΜΑ) ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών φύλαξης, καθαριότητας, και συντήρησης κάθε τύπου Δομών Προσωρινής Υποδοχής και Φιλοξενίας αιτούντων άσυλο προσφύγων και μεταναστών και συναφών υποδομών και εγκαταστάσεων, καθώς και κτιριακών υποδομών κάθε Υπηρεσίας αρμοδιότητας του Υπουργείου Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου.
