Description

Σκοπός του παρόντος Διαγωνισμού είναι η ανάδειξη αναδόχου για την Παροχή Υπηρεσιών Υποστήριξης Λειτουργίας του Υποκαταστήματος Χιονοδρομικό Κέντρο Παρνασσού της ΕΤΑΔ Α.Ε.» για χρονικό διάστημα επτά (7) μηνών, και συγκεκριμένα: - από 15/9/2026 - 14/12/2026 για την ολοκλήρωση των συντηρήσεων και πιστοποιήσεων των αναβατήρων προϋπολογισμού 200.000€ και - από 15/12/2026 - 15/4/2027 για τη χιονοδρομική περίοδο 2026-2027 προϋπολογισμού 1.250.000€ και σύμφωνα με τους αντίστοιχους πίνακες αναγκών ή σε περίπτωση μη εξάντλησης του ποσού της σύμβασης έως εξαντλήσεως αυτού. Το ημερολογιακό διάστημα παροχής των υπηρεσιών ενδέχεται να μετατεθεί χρονικά σε περιπτώσεις που η διαδικασία του διεθνούς διαγωνισμού παρουσιάσει απρόβλεπτες καθυστερήσεις (προσφυγές κτλ) και με την προϋπόθεση ότι δεν μεταβάλλεται αυξητικά ο προϋπολογισμός του έργου. Η σύμβαση δύναται να διακοπεί ή να μετατεθεί χρονικά, αζημίως για την ΕΤΑΔ Α.Ε., κατόπιν προηγούμενης έγγραφης ειδοποίησης δεκαπέντε (15) ημερολογιακών ημερών στον Ανάδοχο. Σε περίπτωση είτε αξιοποίησης της επιχειρηματικής μονάδας, είτε παύσης της λειτουργίας της (προσωρινής ή μη), είτε λόγω τροποποίησης του σχεδιασμού λειτουργίας της για οποιονδήποτε λόγο και πριν από τη λήξη της διάρκειας, η σύμβαση διακόπτεται αζημίως για την ΕΤΑΔ Α.Ε. κατόπιν προηγούμενης έγγραφης ειδοποίησης δεκαπέντε (15) ημερολογιακών ημερών προς τον Ανάδοχο. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στα ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΑ Ι και ΙI της ΔΙΑΚΉΡΥΞΗΣ. Οι υποψήφιοι ανάδοχοι μπορούν να συμμετέχουν για το σύνολο του αντικειμένου του Έργου.
