Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ΕΙΔΩΝ ΚΑΘΑΡΙΟΤΗΤΑΣ - ΕΥΠΡΕΠΙΣΜΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΕΙΔΩΝ ΥΓΙΕΙΝΗΣ για την κάλυψη των αναγκών του Δήμου Φυλής για τα έτη 2026-2028 (Τριετής Σύμβαση), σύμφωνα με ανάλογα αιτήματα που υπέβαλαν οι υπηρεσίες του Δήμου, όπως αναλυτικά αποτυπώνεται στην με αριθμό 27/2025 μελέτη της Δ/νσης Διοικητικών Υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Φυλής. Αναλυτικότερα ο διαγωνισμός θα αφορά: ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΕΙΔΩΝ ΚΑΘΑΡΙΟΤΗΤΑΣ - ΕΥΠΡΕΠΙΣΜΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΕΙΔΩΝ ΥΓΙΕΙΝΗΣ: • του ΔΗΜΟΥ ΦΥΛΗΣ, των ΚΑΠΗ του Δήμου και του ΚΟΙΜΗΤΗΡΙΟΥ • των ΠΑΙΔΙΚΩΝ ΣΤΑΘΜΩΝ ΑΝΩ ΛΙΟΣΙΩΝ • των ΠΑΙΔΙΚΩΝ & ΒΡΕΦ/ΚΩΝ ΣΤΑΘΜΩΝ ΖΕΦΥΡΙΟΥ • του Α΄ ΠΑΙΔΙΚΟΥ ΣΤΑΘΜΟΥ ΦΥΛΗΣ • του ΤΜΗΜΑΤΟΣ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΣΜΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΑΘΛΗΤΙΣΜΟΥ Θα γίνει προμήθεια ειδών, τα οποία ανάλογα με τον κωδικό CPV, διαχωρίζονται σε τέσσερις μεγάλες κατηγορίες: ­ Κατηγορία ειδών Α <<Χαρτικά είδη>> με CPV 33760000-5 ­ Κατηγορία ειδών Β <<Απορρυπαντικά και σαπούνια>> με CPV 39831200-8 ­ Κατηγορία ειδών Γ <<Διάφορα είδη ευπρεπισμού>> με CPV 39830000-9 ­ Κατηγορία ειδών Δ << Σάκοι απορριμμάτων>> με CPV 19640000 Η παρούσα σύμβαση δεν υποδιαιρείται σε τμήματα. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο των ειδών. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 827.805,21€ συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ΦΠΑ 6% και 24% 148.683,09€ (Προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ 679.122,12€, ΦΠΑ 6% 4.768,74€, ΦΠΑ 24% 143.914,35€). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται μέχρι εξάντλησης των προς προμήθεια ειδών και μέχρι 31/12/2028 το αργότερο. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ I της παρούσας διακήρυξης και στην με αριθμό 27/2025 μελέτη της Δ/νσης Διοικητικών Υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Φυλής. Η σύμβαση μπορεί να τροποποιείται κατά τη διάρκειά της, χωρίς να απαιτείται νέα διαδικασία σύναψης σύμβασης, μόνο σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις του άρθρου 132 του ν. 4412/2016 και κατόπιν γνωμοδότησης της καθ’ ύλην αρμόδιας υπηρεσίας ή άλλως της υπηρεσίας η οποία ορίζεται με απόφαση της Α.Α. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της τιμής.
