Description

Ηλεκτρονικό Ανοικτό Διεθνή Διαγωνισμό που αφορά στην ανάδειξη αναδόχου που θα αναλάβει την «Προμήθεια τροφίμων για την κάλυψη των αναγκών σίτισης των παιδιών του Βρεφονηπιακού Σταθμού ΑΝΩ ΛΙΟΣΙΩΝ της Δ.ΥΠ.Α, Υπηρεσία αρμοδιότητας της Περιφερειακής Διεύθυνσης Αττικής για το έτος 2027» συνολικού προϋπολογισμού 59.304,64€ πλέον του ΦΠΑ (13%), ήτοι 67.014,24€ συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ΦΠΑ (13%), με κριτήριο ανάθεσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά βάσει μόνο της τιμής(ήτοι το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί τοις εκατό (%) στην τιμή του είδους βάσει της εκάστοτε νόμιμα διαμορφούμενης και πιστοποιούμενης μέσης λιανικής τιμής πώλησης του είδους κατά την ημέρα παράδοσης του) σύμφωνα με τα όσα περιγράφονται αναλυτικά στα συνημμένα ΕΝΟΤΗΤΕΣ και ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΑ της παρούσας Διακήρυξης και τα οποία αποτελούν αναπόσπαστο μέρος αυτής. Σε περίπτωση που κάποιο είδος δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο δελτίο πιστοποίησης τιμών του Τμήματος Εμπορίου της Δ/νσης Ανάπτυξης της Περιφέρειας Αττικής η ανάθεση θα γίνει με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει τιμής, ήτοι το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί τοις εκατό (%) στην τιμή του υπόψη είδους, όπως αυτή εμφανίζεται στον Πίνακα του Ενδεικτικού προϋπολογισμού του Παραρτήματος Ι της Διακήρυξης. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο συνολικό ποσό των 59.304,64€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου αναλογούντος ΦΠΑ 13% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου αναλογούντος ΦΠΑ 67.014,24€ 13% και αναλύεται ως εξής): ΤΜΗΜΑ Α : «ΕΙΔΗ ΠΑΝΤΟΠΩΛΕΙΟΥ» εκτιμώμενης αξίας 17.979,05€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 13%. ΤΜΗΜΑ Β : «ΕΙΔΗ ΚΡΕΟΠΩΛΕΙΟΥ» εκτιμώμενης αξίας 7.477,16€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 13%. ΤΜΗΜΑ Γ : «ΕΙΔΗ ΙΧΘΥΟΠΩΛΕΙΟΥ-ΚΑΤΕΨΥΓΜΕΝΑ» εκτιμώμενης αξίας 8.438,23€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 13%. ΤΜΗΜΑ Δ : «ΕΙΔΗ ΟΠΩΡΟΛΑΧΑΝΟΠΩΛΕΙΟΥ» εκτιμώμενης αξίας 12.160,33€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 13%. ΤΜΗΜΑ Ε : «ΕΙΔΗ ΓΑΛΑΚΤΟΠΩΛΕΙΟΥ» εκτιμώμενης αξίας 9.205,52€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 13%. ΤΜΗΜΑ ΣΤ : «ΕΙΔΗ ΑΡΤΟΠΟΙΙΑΣ -ΓΑΛΑ» εκτιμώμενης αξίας 4.044,35€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 13%. ΟΠΩΣ ΑΝΑΦΕΡΕΤΑΙ ΣΤΗ ΔΙΑΚΗΡΥΞΗ
