Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι αναβάθμιση των Δημοτικών σταδίων Μαραθώνα και Νέας Μάκρης με την προμήθεια και τοποθέτηση νέου ελαστικού πολυουρεθανικού τάπητα (τύπου ταρτάν) με συγκεκριμένες προδιαγραφές και χαρακτηριστικά όπως περιγράφονται στην Τεχνική Έκθεση. Συγκεκριμένα περιλαμβάνεται : H προμήθεια, μεταφορά και τοποθέτηση νέου ελαστικού τάπητα (ταρτάν) καθώς και η αποξήλωση του παλιού φθαρμένου ελαστικού τάπητα, στο Δημοτικό Στάδιο Μαραθώνα συνολικής έκτασης 5.660μ2 και στο Δημοτικό Στάδιο Νέας Μάκρης συνολικής έκτασης 5.900μ2. Επίσης περιλαμβάνεται η προμήθεια του διαχωριστικού στίβου από PVC καθώς και οι απαραίτητες βαλβίδες για το άθλημα του άλματος σε μήκος και του άλματος σε ύψος.
