Description

Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της συνολικής σύμβασης (συμβάσεων) ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 347.539,63 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ (προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ: 285.459,70 €) Η σύμβαση μπορεί να τροποποιείται κατά τη διάρκειά της, χωρίς να απαιτείται νέα διαδικασία σύναψης σύμβασης, μόνο σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις του άρθρου 132 του ν. 4412/2016 και κατόπιν γνωμοδότησης του αρμοδίου οργάνου. . Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε ένα έτος ή μέχρι εξαντλήσεως του ποσού αν αυτό συμβεί νωρίτερα. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι (ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ - ΤΕΧΝΙΚΕΣ ΠΡΟΔΙΑΓΡΑΦΕΣ) & ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ ΙΙ (ΕΝΔΕΙΚΤΙΚΟΣ ΠΡΟΫΠΟΛΟΓΙΣΜΟΣ) της παρούσας διακήρυξης.
